EXCELLENT SERVICE!! when i contacted Russell's about my move, i spoke with a lovely young lady by the name of Monet; and thankfully, she was my contact start to finish. Monet was professional, warm & truly cares about her clients. The gentleman that came out to give the estimate was Eloy, he is an outstanding man!! Not only was his estimate fair (excellent price!!) and spot on; he works tirelessly to ensure you, the client are happy!! Thankfully Eloy was the foreman on our move which was completed over two days because we moved the house first then the 10x25 storage bin second. This was a HUGE job and I am a fanatic about things being done right.. luckily so is Eloy! These guys are fast AND they work SO hard AND they are careful. I am very thankful for these people. It was very hot both days that we moved earlier this week and these people could not have been more pleasant and accommodating to us. Moving is stressful enough and having a great team helping you is key! I AM VERY THANKFUL TO RUSSELL'S for doing such an EXCELLENT job for us!!!!
