In order to better serve you and improve our storage processes, Russell’s Moving and Storage, Inc. is implementing a new storage policy. Thank you for your continued support. Incoming and Outgoing Storage Activity
All clients or their personal representatives are required to submit all warehouse incoming and outgoing storage requests in advance. All storage requests will be processed Monday- Friday 7:00am-3:00pm.
Notice: Any requests received outside of the operating hours of 7:00am -3:00pm will be processed the next business day. All storage requests are processed on a first come, first served basis. The deadline to submit a request for next day storage access is 11:00am based on availability.
All storage activity will be available the following business day after the request has been processed. No exceptions. Please schedule your appointment in advance to ensure the date and time you request is available.
CLOSED FOR LUNCH:
Our warehouse staff will not operate Monday- Friday between 12:00pm and 1:00pm.
